Kube is a long established kitchen, wardrobe and furniture retailer with seven showrooms across Dublin, Galway and Cork. We are passionate about product quality, good design and dedicated customer service. We deal only with high quality manufacturers in Europe and quality appliance brands such as Siemens and Neff.

Kitchen Fitters:

Pay: €40,000.00-€42,000.00 per year

Job Description:

  •         Install kitchen units and wardrobes according to design plans.
  • Fit sinks, taps, and appliances with precision and security.
  • Adjust doors, drawers, and hinges for smooth and proper operation.
  • Measure and cut materials using appropriate tools like saws and drills.
  • Modify installations on-site to accommodate custom designs or issues.
  • Communicate with clients about plans, timelines, and any changes.
  • Coordinate with other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers) for seamless integration.
  • Maintain clear communication to prevent delays or mistakes.
  • Keep the workspace clean and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
  • Offer professional advice and perform repairs or adjustments when needed.
  • Carry out remedials and surveys for Cork showroom.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in carpentry or joinery, particularly in kitchen installations or interior fit outs.
  • The ability to read drawings, measuring spaces and cutting materials to size.
  • Ability to Effectively communicate with clients.
  • Irish driving licence is required for travel to and from job sites.
  • Flexibility to travel as required and possible overtime.
  • Own tools required, we provide a tool allowance to keep them updated.
  • Safe pass and manual handling preferred but can be provided.
  • Strong awareness of safety standards.

Sales Representative

Pay: €55,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction and development sectors.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding their ongoing and upcoming project needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and specifiers.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and trade events to promote products and solutions.
  • Present and promote kitchen ranges, cabinetry, appliances, and associated products to meet client requirements.
  • Guide product selection, customisation, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with internal design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Track project timelines and client requirements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor construction industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and product developments.

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the construction, kitchen, or interiors sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle and project timelines.
  • Ability to read construction plans and technical drawings is a plus.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Relevant sales or business qualification preferred.
  • Full Irish driving license
  • An established network of contacts will be a significant advantage
