Kube is a long established kitchen, wardrobe and furniture retailer with seven showrooms across Dublin, Galway and Cork. We are passionate about product quality, good design and dedicated customer service. We deal only with high quality manufacturers in Europe and quality appliance brands such as Siemens and Neff.

Sales Representative
Pay: €55,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction and development sectors.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding their ongoing and upcoming project needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and specifiers.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and trade events to promote products and solutions.
- Present and promote kitchen ranges, cabinetry, appliances, and associated products to meet client requirements.
- Guide product selection, customisation, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with internal design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Track project timelines and client requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor construction industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and product developments.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the construction, kitchen, or interiors sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle and project timelines.
- Ability to read construction plans and technical drawings is a plus.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Relevant sales or business qualification preferred.
- Full Irish driving license

Design Tech – Dublin
Pay: €35,000k depending on experience
Kube Kitchens is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Design Technicians to join our contract team. This role involves producing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for kitchen installations across multiple projects. You will support the sales and project management teams by translating customer requirements and architectural plans into manufacturable and installable kitchen designs
Key Responsibilities
- Drawing kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture as per specification
- Liaising with customers and replying to customer queries
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and manufacturing constraints.
- Liaise with sales, manufacturing, installation, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation
- Placing orders in line with site demands and schedule as per site schedules
- Ensuring orders are completed in line with the ordering policy, are accurate, and the quality of work is high
- Confirmation checking
- Remedial orders
Key requirements
- Experience in the kitchen or a related industry is a plus.
- 2+ years’ experience in a kitchen design or technical drawing role (Bespoke, contract or retail kitchens).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Compusoft Winner, Fusion 2020, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Understanding of kitchen fitting, cabinetry construction, and spatial planning
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, surveys, and construction documents.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
